Data protection

Data Protection law is one of the most dynamically developing areas of law, and it is within the legal framework that economic operators must respond to the need to apply new technological advances (e.g. cloud computing) while respecting the individual’s right to information self-determination. CLV Partners© is involved in a number of projects where the necessary commercial contracts have to be designed with these needs in mind.

We are involved in a number of international projects to implement the GDPR in practice, from drafting employment-related privacy notices, policies and employment contract clauses to whistleblowing or bring-your-own-device policies.
