When drafting model contracts for companies and managing their existing agreements, we focus on ensuring that the documents clearly reflect the business objectives of the parties, in a transparent format and taking advantage of the legal possibilities. In addition, we consider it important that our Clients’ contract files and internal rules are up-to-date and in line with accounting and tax legislation and international regulations.
We assist companies in negotiations with their suppliers and customers to reach a legally sound agreement that is favourable to all parties and represent our Clients in proceedings before public authorities
